This Privacy Policy explains how CertosGlobal handles personal information collected through the public website, waitlist, analytics tools, and private beta communications.

CertosGlobal is operated by IMMI Forward Solutions LLC. In this policy, “the company,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to IMMI Forward Solutions LLC, the operator of CertosGlobal.

CertosGlobal is a private beta product being developed for compliance consultants, ISO consultants, auditors, quality managers, and teams working with certification and compliance workflows.

2. Scope of this policy

This policy applies to the public CertosGlobal website, the waitlist form, analytics on the public website, and emails or messages related to the waitlist or private beta.

This policy does not yet describe a fully launched paid software product. If the product changes materially, including if we launch paid one-time services, subscriptions, usage-based plans, implementation services, pilots, or other paid offerings, we may update this policy.

3. Information we collect

Waitlist information. When you submit the waitlist form, we may collect your email address and any optional information you choose to provide, such as your name, role, company, or comments about your certification or compliance workflow.

Website and analytics information. We may collect technical and usage information through tools such as Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics. This may include pages viewed, approximate location inferred from technical signals, device and browser information, referral sources, campaign parameters, and interactions with the public website.

Technical logs. Our hosting and infrastructure providers may process technical logs such as IP address, request time, browser type, URL path, and error information for security, diagnostics, and reliability.

Private beta communications. If we contact you about the private beta, we may keep records of those communications.

4. How we use information

We use personal information to:

• operate the public website and waitlist;
• evaluate interest in the private beta;
• contact selected people about early access or product research;
• understand which campaigns, pages, and messages are working;

7. Google Forms, Google Tag Manager, and analytics

The waitlist may be collected through an embedded Google Form. Google may process information according to its own terms and privacy policies.

The public website may use Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics to measure website activity and campaign performance. These tools help us understand how people find and use the website.

8. Email and communications

If you join the waitlist, we may email you about the private beta, product research, early access, paid pilots, future paid offerings, or related updates. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access to the product.

9. International data transfers

Do not submit passwords, sensitive personal information, client confidential information, regulated records, or production compliance evidence through the public waitlist form.
